Description: The original above mentioned battery company, Carl will run all day long not like those other lesser players. Having him in the squad this year was a massive bonus to the Amateurs as Carl was all set to be flying the skies, where the RAF have lost out we have gained as Carl the elder of the Whittaker brothers has a real passion for the game. An uncompromising defender who will give his all for the cause and not allow a striker time on the ball, duelled with his great speed and fitness Carl is fast becoming an essential part of the team and had it not been for him getting injured by someone watering grass would be a regular in the team by now. Carl is also probably the best linesman the club has but I would rather see him putting strikers in his back pocket. (not in that way)
