Fluctuating between first and second team has not been easy but has coped well with it, a very committed member of the team he has bundles of energy and will not allow a striker to have an easy game. Richard has improved his game a great deal in the past six months and is becoming difficult to leave out, his communication level is almost above a whisper on the pitch and is probably the only side of his game holding him back. Fixing the fantasy football league would obviously gain him a start every game but failing that needs to stay focussed and communicate more.
