Description: Swainey has been the heart of Derbyshire Amateurs for the last 2 years, now into his second stint as Player Manager he shares, or at least tries to share, his knowledge of the game to great detail with players. Swainey is actually probably the most talented player in the club with regards to his ability, his awareness of the game and composure on the ball installs a calm approach at all times and believe me with this side we need that!!

Swainey shows great strength in the air, comfortable on the floor but if anything will try to overplay at times. Over the past 12 months Swainey has grabbed the club by the scruff of the neck and demanded passion from all squad members. Always gives the job 100% - Thanks Richard!

Prediction for the season: To be the first person in the changing room to smile!! (Well it's got to happen once!!) Oh, and to play in every position - I think there's only wing-back left isn't there!??
